Description
The Equipex FC-100 electric counter top convection oven features a two-speed, rear-mounted fan motor for greater variety of baking applications. It also includes a reversing turbine fan for quick and uniform baking. The manual steam with push-button operation makes for ease of use. The stainless steel exterior and interior construction makes for a longer lasting, easy to sanitize piece of equipment. The FC-100 also has thermostatic temperature control up to 570°F and a 120 minute timer with audible end-of-cycle signal. The cool-to-the-touch double glass door is removable for easy cleaning and the internal lights allow for cooking visibility. Four chrome plated wire shelves are included with the compact footprint unit.
