This Cadco CPG-10F Single Clamshell Grill is a convenient-to-use way to grill, press, and cook food for your customers. Its top and bottom plates are smooth, providing employees with 9-7/8″ x 9-7/8″ of grilling space. The CPG-10F uses an adjustable thermostat capable of reaching temperatures up to 700°F. Its power light conveniently lets employees know when the Clamshell Grill is still in use. It comes with a pull-out grease tray, cleaning scraper, and stainless steel housing for an easier cleaning process.
