Instead of cutting out dog houses one by one, use this sheet and cut out 20 at once.
To use this 20-cavity cutting mat, roll out well-floured dough to flatten it into a sheet. Place the dough sheet on this cookie mat with the sharp side up. Then (with the same rolling pin) roll over the dough to press it into the cookie-cutter sheet. Lift the cookie mat and watch the pieces of dog house dough fall onto your pan, ready to go in the oven.
After you’ve cut out your dog house shaped dough pieces, you’ll have dough on the sheet between the cavities. To get that dough off, turn the cookie mat over.
