The T&S Brass ChekPoint EC-3107-HG is a commercial touchless sensor faucet built for handwashing stations in restaurants, institutional kitchens, and high-traffic restrooms where hands-free operation and cross-contamination reduction are priorities.

- Body constructed from low-lead, polished chrome-plated brass with a solid cast construction for corrosion resistance and long service life
- Mounts on 4″ centers with a 4-1/8″ rigid gooseneck spout; includes two 18″ flexible stainless steel supply hoses with 3/8″ compression connections
- Powered by a built-in hydro-generator that generates and stores energy as water flows through, eliminating the need for hardwired power or batteries under typical use; AC/DC control module with internal flow control switches allows adjustment of auto timeout and shut-off delay settings
- Includes a temperature control mixing valve with integral check valves to preset water temperature; water-resistant control module housing protects electronics; optional auto-flush feature runs water for 30 seconds after every 12 hours of inactivity to maintain line hygiene
- Vandal-resistant 2.2 GPM aerator reduces tampering risk in high-traffic areas; low-lead construction meets safe drinking water compliance requirements
