Description
The Elevation Series™ Modular Cube Ice Maker is an air-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser and dual exhaust for top/side air discharge. At 22″ W, it produces approximately 1000 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 812 lb at 90°/70°. Its 22″ width fits a range of back-of-house footprints.
It produces half-size cubes. An LED status display provides machine updates, and one touch sanitize/descaling controls pair with dishwasher safe food zone components. Operators can initiate sanitize and descaling cycles with a single touch.
Using R290 refrigerant, this ice maker is cULus and cUL Energy Verified. These attributes combine with the air-cooled, self-contained design to support efficient operation in commercial settings. Certification and refrigerant selection align with contemporary standards for commercial equipment.
