Description
Minimum 1/2 inch space between wheels, which adjust to a maximum space of 4-7/8 inch. Wheel diameter 2 inch overall, but dough cannot be thicker than 3/4 inch (less than half overall diameter), since the parts attached to each wheel will otherwise get in your way.
