With an innovative radiant heating system, it ensures heat is distributed evenly throughout the entire Heat and Hold Drawer. It has a simple to use control system which allows operators to set a time switch for heating items. As soon as the timer hits zero, it automatically switches itself to holding mode. It increases hold times by up to 6 hours without compromising product taste or appearance. This SPTU-50 has a heavy-duty bearing/roller design and a stainless steel construction.
