Its 12 kW output and 300–800°F range enable fast recovery and the high-heat profiles demanded by New York–style pies, flatbreads, and hearth loaves.
Independently controlled U-shaped elements above and below the deck let you fine-tune top color and bottom bake for consistent results during rushes. Load whole pies, finish par-bakes, or stage garlic knots across the broad deck while maintaining even heat distribution.
A stainless steel exterior with an aluminized steel interior helps retain heat while keeping the workspace cooler, and the spring-balanced, insulated door supports frequent cycling. The 60-minute timer aids batch management, and a stackable design allows capacity growth without increasing your footprint.
