This Bakers Pride P48-BL HearthBake Pizza/Pretzel Oven is ideal for baking a variety of items at once. it has two 20-3/4″ W x 20-3/4″ D ceramic hearth decks with a 150°F-550°F temperature range. This gives it greater cooking flexibility. The 60 minute electric timers have a continuous ring, audible alarms, and manual shut-offs. This P48-BL has a stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and a fully insulated construction.
