The 3 epoxy-coated wire shelves provide users with many options to organize and store food while maximizing the use of available space. The interior is made from stainless steel which is easy to clean and maintain. The sturdy door features an easy to grasp anti-microbial handle that provides an additional layer of sanitation. The door has a self-closing feature to prevent it from being left ajar and a 120º stay-open feature allows for easy access to multiple items with both hands.
The bottom-mounted refrigeration system allows for easy access to components protected by a one-piece grille. At the heart of the unit, a ¾ HP compressor puts out 1927 BTU/hr of cooling. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this unit makes sure efficient cooling is provided reliably with minimal downtime. Full electric control automatically maintains a temperature below 0ºF while consuming as little power as possible. The automatic electric defrost system keeps the refrigeration system running efficiently without requiring attention. To meet strict environmental regulations, eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used for efficient low-impact cooling.
The unit conveniently comes with 6” casters from the factory, this allows it to be easily moved into and out of place. The front casters are locking which keeps it in place when it’s in use. Power is supplied to the unit with a factory wired 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect it to a standard outlet that provides 115v/60/1-ph power at 7.5 amps.
