Blodgett DFG50 Double Deck Half-Size Dual Flow Gas Convection Oven

Description

The Blodgett DFG-50 Double is a standard depth half-size convection oven. Each oven can accept 13″ x 18″ standard half-size baking pans and/or 12″ x 20″ hotel pans in front-to-back positions. Air is efficiently and evenly recirculated throughout the chamber by the single-speed fan and 1/2 HP motor. The interior lights and dual pane thermal glass windows allow you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks.

The DFG-50 Double boasts a stainless steel construction with 2″ of insulation. The solid state manual control comes with separate dials to control thermostat and timer.
