Blue Air prep tables use forced air circulating throughout the 20.2 cubic feet of space to keep toppings between 32º-40º F. Foam insulated roll back lid and self closing doors with durable gaskets helps this unit retain it’s temperature and conserve energy.
It’s top rail can accomodate nine 1/3 size pans. Four adjustable epoxy coated shelves allow you to keep extra toppings and dough easily accessible.
Stainless steel interior and exterior help minimize dents, scratched, and rust. Front breathing slide out side mount compressor and 4′ casters make it easy to maintain the unit and area surrounding. This unit also comes with an extra wide 19″ cutting board.
