The BrewBuilt® IceMaster 100 is a high-performance glycol chiller designed for precision temperature control in home and nano-breweries. With a cooling capacity of 2600 BTU/hr and a large 8-gallon reservoir, it can independently manage the fermentation temperatures of up to 5 vessels simultaneously. This 110V unit includes bulkhead sets for clean plumbing and is the perfect solution for lagering and crash-cooling in warm environments.
Brewery Setup Tip: Use a mixture of 30% food-grade Propylene Glycol and 70% distilled water. Using too high a glycol concentration will reduce cooling efficiency. Ensure the chiller is located in a room with good airflow—ambient temperatures above 85°F will significantly reduce the unit’s ability to crash-cool your wort.
