This Carter-Hoffmann O1620 Double Width Oval Tray Storage and Pan Rack is ideal for holding, transferring, or cooling oval trays of your delicious creations. Designed to stand up to the demands of an industrial kitchen, it has an all-welded extruded aluminum construction. Reinforced with horizontal stabilizing bars, it doesn’t topple over even under heavy loads. Its 5″ diameter casters are all swivel, making it easy to push or pull in almost any direction.
