Description

This Carter-Hoffmann SR1820 EnduraHeat Satellite Heated Transport Cabinet is easy to use and keeps your food items warm and ready to serve. It holds twelve 18″ x 26″ or twenty-four 12″ x 20″ trays and pans, allowing you ample room to store a variety of dishes. It cooks in temperatures up to 200°F and can preheat at 160°F in approximately 20 minutes. This Heated Cabinet is ideal for transporting your trays and pans of food. It has two handles on each side which permit you to push or pull the cabinet from both sides. Its swivel casters, two fitted with brakes, are offset in a wheel-ahead pattern, enabling it to be easily steered. Its non-marking gray vinyl bumper ensures that even if accidental bumps occur, the cabinet, its contents and walls or doorways are left undamaged. Its magnetic door closure and transport latch with padlock provision ensure the door stays securely shut during transport and its 2″ wrap-around fiberglass insulated top and sides maximize heat retention.
