Description
Named after the famous Aragon ballroom built in 1920, this crowning jewel takes us back to bygone-era opulence. Perfect for a large Mendiant (chocolate with roasted candied fruit and nuts) or for casting chocolate, sugar, marzipan, fondant and more.
Helpful Hint: As this mold has great detail, when casting chocolate it is recommended to brush the chocolate in first then backfill the mold.
Made of food-contact-safe silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 300° F / 148° C.
