Speed assembly and restocking with a mixed storage base: six drawers plus one half-height, field-rehingeable door. Top drawers each fit one 12″ x 20″ pan plus three 1/6-size pans, and bottom drawers hold two 12″ x 20″ pans apiece—ideal for proteins, bulk greens, or backup mise en place.
Built for consistent performance, the side-mounted 1/3 HP system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with an expansion valve, off-cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator.
