Optimize station efficiency with four smooth-access drawers that accept common pan layouts: either one 12″ x 18″ x 6″ pan, or a 1/2 x 6 and 1/3 x 6 pan in each drawer (pans supplied by others). Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low temperature alarm help staff monitor product integrity during peak service.
Set, roll, and clean with ease using 3-3/4″ casters and rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration.
