The Crown Steam DCL-3 is a direct steam, pressure-type 3-compartment steamer designed for high-throughput commercial kitchens. Run vegetables, seafood, and proteins at once to accelerate service while preserving texture and presentation.
Each compartment uses manual controls paired with an automatic timer and visible/audible signals, allowing independent cycles without constant monitoring. Automatic shut-down supports safe, repeatable operation, and the included CSD-1 code package aids compliance in regulated facilities.
Built from durable 304 stainless steel and set on a stainless steel tubular frame base, the DCL-3 is ready for daily production. Its 36-inch width and four legs with adjustable flanged feet make placement and leveling straightforward for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
