The Crown Steam ELTM-60-2 pairs two 60-gallon electric tilting kettle mixer vessels to move high-volume production with consistency and control. A 2/3 steam jacket promotes efficient heating, while the 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel construction stand up to daily, heavy-duty use. Floor-mounted control console supports and stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet provide a stable, serviceable footprint for busy kitchens.
Drive batching with a 5 HP variable-speed motor and (2) removable agitators that mix, fold, and disperse ingredients for soups, sauces, chili, and fillings. Operators can tilt to transfer product quickly and cleanly, helping streamline workflow from cook to pan or packaging. The design supports repeatable results across large recipes and changing production schedules.
Monitor and safeguard operation with an integrated vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and low water shut off. This dual-kettle configuration helps chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers consolidate cooking and mixing in one station, improving throughput and presentation while reducing touchpoints.
