Constructed of 304 stainless steel with a stainless steel grill, it’s built for daily commercial use and straightforward cleanup. Radiants, a lighter tube (pilot), and a water pan support steady heat and help manage flare-ups. An included roll dome and bun rack streamline finishing and holding for clean presentation during peak periods.
LP gas operation connects quickly using the supplied single inlet #5131, 1/2 inch hose and regulator assembly for 50 lb. or 100 lb. LP tanks (tanks not included). Put it to work at catered events, patios, and high-throughput concessions where mobility and efficiency matter.
