The Delfield N8618-FWP FlexiWell drop-in hot & cold combination pan helps operators present menu items at the right serving temperature in a compact, 18-inch-wide footprint. Sized for a single 12″ x 20″ pan (pans not included), it’s a smart fit for serving lines, cafeterias, and à la carte stations where versatility matters.
Built with a stainless steel top and well and a galvanized steel exterior housing, this unit is engineered for daily commercial use. A self-contained refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/5 HP simplifies installation and service, while the 17″ x 25″ cutout drops cleanly into your counter; a louver is included (cutout 20″ x 23-1/2″).
Independent electronic controls let staff quickly dial in operation for hot or cold holding to match changing menus and dayparts. Use it to keep entrées hot for lunch, then switch to chilled salads or desserts for dinner service—all in the same station.
