Description

The Edlund CSS-16 is a cold pan box countertop bar condiment server.  This unit has a 1/6 pan enclosure, 3/4″ hinged lid, an insert, and is made of stainless steel.

Additional Features:

• Perfect for cold salad ingredients, cans of whipped cream and condiments. 
• Keeps contents chilled at or below HACCP guidelines of 41°F (4°C) without ice for up to eight hours. 
• Freeze for eight hours or overnight before filling with pre-chilled product.
