There is also a controlled high temperature control for stir fry and saute and a precision low temperature control for sauces and chocolates. Empty pan security and automatic overheating sensor protect against potential hazard. It also features small article protection and oil auto ignition shutoff. This unit also contains a removable grease filter to clean the air intake.
