To Operate
With the gear rack in the up position, remove the stuffing tank and fill withyour product. Lock the stuffing tank in place on the stuffer’s frame and turnthe crank to produce perfectly formed sausages. The air-exhaust valve in the piston allows excess air to escape as the piston moves down. The valve closesautomatically when the piston touches the meat. This decreases air pockets inyour sausage links. This is a two-speed machine, meaning you can raise the piston faster due to a second handleposition on the gearbox when the stuffing tank is empty.
