The Fagor SUR-46 Deep Undercounter Refrigerator is designed with durability and strength not found in other undercounter units. Featuring an all stainless steel interior and exterior, the SUR-46 provides a clean and safe food environment. The coved corner floor meets NSF requirements. The heavy-duty stainless steel doors have full-length recessed door handles and an interior step design for added insulation and protection of door gasket.
The Fagor SUR-46 has a factory balanced refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R-134A refrigerant. It comes with a side breathing refrigeration system for built-in applications. Refrigerators maintain product temperatures from 33°F to 38°F.
The Fagor SUR-46 comes with a standard rail system which holds 2 shelves per door and rails that can also accommodate 2 12″ x 20″ foodservice pans, which are sold separately.
