Technician’s Note: This pump is “demand-based,” meaning it starts automatically when a valve is opened and stops when the line reaches 45 PSI. Never run the pump dry for extended periods. Always install a 100-mesh strainer on the inlet to prevent syrup particulates or bag-fragments from damaging the internal diaphragm and check valves.
