The FWE BT-96120 heated banquet cabinet streamlines high-volume plated service for banquets, hotels, and campus dining. It accommodates 96–120 10-1/2″ plates on 15 rail sets with 3″ spacing, while a top-mounted forced-air blower and an adjustable 90°F–190°F thermostat maintain even heat.
Gasket-sealed dual doors with magnetic latches and full insulation help preserve temperature during transport and staging. A fully welded stainless steel exterior with a full-perimeter bumper stands up to daily cart traffic and back-of-house impacts.
Operators can maneuver easily using push-bar handles on both ends and lock the cabinet in place with braking casters. Four removable rod-type shelves provide flexible loading for covered plates or trays, and cULus, UL EPH classifications support code compliance.
