Each compartment includes three removable shelves and holds up to twelve 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans, organized with 1-3/8″ fixed spacing. A radiant heat system and full insulation help maintain consistent temperatures. Flush mounted doors and stainless steel construction support durability and easy cleaning.
Operators dial in results with adjustable thermostats and separate electronic controls for each cavity. Smooth-rolling 5″ casters, with two swivel brakes, make it simple to position and lock for service. Certified to cULus, UL, and UL EPH standards with an IPX4 rating for splash resistance.
