Perfect for pizzerias prone to heavy customer flow, the Cheese Grater/Shredder can grate or shred 25-35 lb. of cheese per minute. This manual grater’s hopper can accommodate cheese blocks up to 6 lb. and the cutter allows you to cut up larger blocks and wheels for an easier fit. Stainless-steel construction helps ensure that this shredder will stand strong, even on the busiest of days.
