The FSD-2X is a two-door countertop food holding and display cabinet by Hatco that comes with a three-tier pan rack so you can warm multiple food pans at a time while placing them at the front house for your customers to see. This unit has a 1440-watt heating system that is designed to maintain consistent temperatures for as long as four hours. It also uses humidity to make sure that the food stays crisp without drying out. The panels are all tempered glass so customers can get a full view of the items with the help of the fluorescent lighting. 

This unit features two doors that allow access from staff as well as customers, making this food holding and display cabinet great for self-service as well. There is a three-liter water reservoir that can be filled using the cap at the top of the unit. It also lets you know when it needs a refill so the operation continues without interruption. 

This FSD-2X food holding and display cabinet is a USA-made product that is approved for safe commercial use by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4. It is shipped with a 6′ cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. This model comes in a standard black color, but you can also choose a variety of designer colors below along with other parts and accessories that will better suit your operation.
