This Hatco FSHACH-2PT Pass-Thru Air Curtain Heated Display Cabinet with Humidity holds wrapped or unwrapped products. Perfect for tortillas, burritos, ribs, biscuits, chicken, hamburger patties, and more, this Hatco Flav-R-Savor Heated Case keeps food products at safe-serving temperatures. Through a patented Air Curtain heating system, this Heated Display Cabinet effectively holds food items within 80°F and 175°F. It does this by forcing warm air at the front of the cabinet through air ducts above the opening, creating a “curtain” of warm air. Because of special perforations on the rear wall, a portion of this heated air is drawn toward the back of the holding cabinet.
