With a temperature range of 80°F to 200°F, this Heated Holding Cabinet’s electrical components, controls, and digital temperature readout are located at the top for convenient access. It accommodates 18″ x 26″, 12″ x 20″, or Gastronorm pans and keeps food items at optimum serving temperatures for hours. This allows users to prepare food items in advance for peak serving times. Heating and humidifying as directed, this FSHC-7W1-EE has an insulated construction to retain heat and a 1 gallon water reservoir.
