The GRSDH-52D merchandising warmer is a 3520-watt high-capacity solution that comes with two large 50.59-inch horizontal shelves that you can customize to your specific food holding needs with the use of the 20 divider rods. Each shelf has a heated hard-coated base with thermostatic controls that allow you to set the temperature between 185 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Food holding performance is enhanced by the infrared top heating that creates wider heat coverage so that products get even heating.
This merchandiser warmer has a stainless steel and aluminum body, so it stays solid in shape even with daily heavy use. The sides are fitted with tempered glass while the front and back are open so that kitchen staff and servers can move products with a seamless flow.
You’ve got a total of eight (8)incandescent bulbs that light up the interior of this unit, making the products more irresistible and viewable. Four 4″ legs support the weight of the warmer while making it easy to clean the space beneath it. This model has a standard Glossy Gray finish, but you can select a different finish that better suits your space with the selection we have below.
