This heavy duty pan rack has a 20 full size sheet pan capacity. It’s supports are 1 1/2″ wide with 3″ spacing, allowing for sufficient air flow when cooling dough. This speed rack stands on 5″ casters to allow sturdy transport. All aluminum construction, ships KD.
