Description
The Elevation Series modular cube ice maker pairs high-capacity production with streamlined operation for foodservice. This 22-inch-wide, air-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser produces approximately 850 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 670 lb at 90°/70°. It produces half-size cubes to support beverage service.
Dual exhaust top/side air discharge provides top or side ventilation to suit different installations. An LED status display and one touch sanitize/descaling controls make monitoring and routine cleaning straightforward. Dual exhaust enables either top or side air discharge.
Dishwasher safe food zone components and PURE ICE® built-in antimicrobial protection support a cleaner ice-making environment. Using R449 refrigerant, this model meets cULus, NSF, and CE standards.
