It is convenient storage and ideal transport for full-size or half-size pans. The 155 accommodates ten 18” x 26” pans or twenty half-size pans. This is because of its angle ledges, each of which is spaced 5” apart. The bun pan rack’s ledges are electronically welded to the uprights to withstand continual use.
