The Lakeside Manufacturing 479 3-shelf utility cart helps kitchens move more with fewer trips. Its compact 27″ x 17-1/2″ footprint fits tight aisles while 20 gauge stainless steel shelves with reinforced edges handle up to 500 lb. A chrome-plated tubular U-frame adds strength, and push handles on each short side give operators control.
Put it to work as a bussing cart for dining rooms, a prep support cart for batch ingredients, or a transport solution for hotel pans, smallwares, and dish racks. The 24″ x 15-1/2″ shelves provide surface area for trays and tubs, and 4″ swivel casters allow maneuvering between stations, service lines, and storage.
