The Lancer 1.5 oz/sec Ecopour 1.5 Self-Serve Lever Valve is the precision fluid management head responsible for mixing syrup and water at the factory-specified Brix ratio. It utilizes Lancer’s ceramic flow control modules, which maintain ratio accuracy even when incoming water pressure fluctuates, ensuring consistent profit margins and taste.
Problem Solved: Corrects inconsistent beverage flavor and prevents syrup waste by providing a positive shut-off and stable flow control. Replaces older heads that have developed ‘creeping’ drips or foamy pours.
Symptoms of Failure: Drinks tasting watered-down or overly sweet, constant dripping from the nozzle tip after release, or valves that ‘burp’ gas into the customer’s cup.
