Description
The Lancer Harness Transformer is the dedicated power-distribution assembly responsible for routing high-voltage line power into the transformer and distributing the resulting low-voltage signals to the control boards. It is built with heavy-duty insulation to withstand the heat generated by the transformer coils.
Problem Solved: Eliminates unreliable power communication between the line source and the dispenser’s internal electronics. Replaces harnesses with frayed insulation that risk causing short circuits or fires.
Symptoms of Failure: Total loss of power to the control panel, intermittent valve activation, or a humming transformer caused by high-resistance connections at the wire terminals.
