La Rosa prep tables improve the efficiency of both your make line and your energy usage. These tables feature a coldwall rail with a separate temperature control from the inside of your table, which is great because first, you don’t have to worry about the product on your make line reaching dangerous temperatures. And second, at the end of the night, when you clear out the coldwall and turn the rail off, you’ll be saving energy. Utilizing this prep table as an assembly line will increase speed and production in your store, causing a much more efficient business.
La Rosa prep tables are front breathing, so there is no need to have clearance behind or to either side of this table, which saves valuable space. This prep table has two doors, each with one removable vinyl-coated, heavy steel frame shelves. The interior and exterior are mainly stainless steel, making this equipment both durable and easy to clean. The 93″ prep table’s coldwall accomodates 12-1/3 size pans.
