Choose the 30″W x 24″D x 21-1/2″H model with production up to 420 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (345 lb AHRI at 90°/70°), or the 30″W x 24.5″D x 16.5″H version producing up to 515 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (421 lb AHRI at 90°/70°). Both produce dice size cubes using R290 refrigerant and carry NSF, CE approvals for professional kitchens.
