Choose half-dice cubes with production up to 440 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (360 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°), or dice cubes with production up to 516 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (444 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°). An air-cooled, self-contained condenser and R290 refrigerant support efficient operation, while the durable DuraTech exterior stands up to busy kitchens and front-of-house beverage stations.
The easyTouch display streamlines oversight with 13 language options, a date/time stamp, automatic reminder and alert icons, and one touch asset information. Operators gain continuous operating status, automatic detection of accessories, programmable production by time, weight, or day/night schedule, plus one touch cleaning with on-screen instructions, Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, an acoustical ice sensing probe, and self-diagnostic technology.
