This Marsal SD-1048/SD-448 is the ideal Deck Oven for cooking pizzas and pies. With two chambers, it has the capacity to cook eight 18″ pies. Using 190,000 BTU of power, it easily reaches temperatures between 300° to 650°. Both SD-1048 and SD-448 have a stainless steel exterior construction and aluminized interiors. This maximizes the Deck Ovens’ durability while making them easier to maintain. It comes with adjustable legs.
