Smooth, non-stick aluminum plates (10-1/2″ x 10-1/2″) deliver even contact while microwave energy quickly heats proteins, cheeses, and fillings. Ideal for cafes, campus dining, and convenience operations that need consistent throughput during rush periods.

Dial in performance with temperature control to 500°F, four preprogrammed heating cycles, and eight push-button controls. Use the built-in USB port and included flash drive to standardize recipes and update menus across locations. A stand-by mode helps manage energy during slower dayparts.
