- Semi-automatic, electric cutting machine designed to cut any hard or frozen foods (even those containing almonds, hazelnuts and other dried fruits). Perfect for cutting cremini, hazelnut chocolates, soft nougat, ganache, small confectionary items (mousses, semifreddi, bavaroises), jellies, biscuits and marzipan.
- Cuts frozen products up to -15°C.
- Rapid, perfect cutting with considerable time savings and no product waste.
- Cuts products with thicknesses of up to 6 cm.
- The cutting base, 40 x 40 cm, with adjustable feed speed, is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and can be easily removed for instant cleaning, even in a dishwasher
