Featuring 20 almond-shaped cavities with refined detail, this professional-grade mold is perfect for mousses, pralines, baked treats, semifreddo, and plated dessert presentations.
Each cavity measures 1.8″ x 1.3″ x 1.1″ with a 0.7 oz. capacity, delivering consistent results and a polished professional finish every time. Made in Italy from premium non-stick silicone with a slick upper surface for easy release, the mold cleans easily with hot water and mild soap and can be sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 150°C (302°F) for added convenience and hygiene.
