Boost service speed and consistency with the Server 82060 topping warmer and dispenser. This stainless steel rethermalizer uses a water-bath and wrap-around heating element with a temperature-sensing thermostat to maintain target temperatures across every batch. Serve straight from a #10 can or use the optional 3 qt stainless steel jar 94009 to streamline refills and changeovers.
Dial in accurate portions for sauces, syrups, and condiments on dessert lines, concession stands, or cafeteria stations. The included pump dispenses up to 1 oz per stroke and can be tuned in 1/8 oz increments using the provided collars to reduce waste and control food cost. Not intended for potentially hazardous foods unless used with a spout warmer (see FSPW-SS 81140).
