Silikomart “Oblio 30” Silicone Mold
The sinuosity and three-dimensionality of Oblio30 make it an elegant mignon mold, ideal to be used as a plate dessert or as a refined pastry mignon. The Oblio30 mold is composed of 15 circular shaped cavities of 30 ml each. Ideal in semifreddo and cooked version. Oblio30 was born from the collaboration between Silikomart Professional designers and pastry chef Luca Bernardini.
