The Sirman 20251556F hard cheese grater is an electric, gear-driven solution engineered for consistent output and streamlined prep. Its milled stainless steel drum with a 1/16″ tooth delivers uniform grating and yields up to 4 lbs. per minute to keep service moving. At 1400 rpm with a 2 HP motor, it provides dependable performance for busy kitchens and production lines.
A stainless steel body and IP 67 waterproof ON/OFF stainless steel keypad enhance durability and control. Safety and handling are built in with a handle safety interlock, Plexiglas® catch pan, and removable anodized aluminum hopper. The fan-cooled motor includes overload and no-volt release protection. Power requirements are 220v/60/1-ph at 6 amps with a 3 wire SJT 16 AWG plug, and the unit carries ETL compliance.
